Wales On Wheels” made a welcome return to the National Waterfront Museum in Swansea on Saturday 9th May. The weather was kind – mostly warm sun although cool at times but no sign of the forecast rain – so Dylan Thomas Square was full soon after 8am. The majority of the cars were from SHVR or SMC. The Swansea Bus Museum and the World War One Field Hospital re-enactment were on the grass as usual, along with many cars that couldn’t squeeze into the square.

And finally, the driver of the Little Blue Dog Box plus one of its four-legged passengers misbehaved so had to be detained at their majesty’s pleasure!

Another grand day out, much enjoyed by the enthusiastic vintage car owners and members of the public, many of whom reminisced lovingly (mostly) about their experiences.
