We couldn’t go as a club as there was a restriction to cars over 25 years old. So in the end I think it just myself and Sue who turned up from SHVR. However, we had an alternative motive which was to go to the Bird of Prey demonstrations which are really worthwhile.

We found our way in and followed some tractors round to where we parked up in the main square near the restaurant. Not as many cars there as I had expected but none the less a reasonable display. Having had a long chat with the Towi Valley Vintage Club Chairman, he indicated that the best thing to do is just turn up, so perhaps we can do something for the Crank Up Day in March next year.
